House from Photo 11"x 14"

Imagine a portrait of your house, drawn from a photo. Architectural renderings create unique, thoughtful gifts.

Your hand drawn portrait will be 11”x 14” and include a 16"x 20" cream colored mat. Also available are smaller ink sketches or full color, watercolor paintings.

If you can, I would appreciate several photos.  These can be sent to me at mfranbsmit5@yahoo.com. I can remove or relocate objects, change or enhance landscaping, flowering trees, etc. added. Just be sure to let me know what you’d like.

The time needed to complete your portait varies, but is generally about four weeks. If you need it quicker, just let me know and I’ll see what I can do. If you need it very quickly, we can do a gift certificate, and have the recipient can work with me directly to create exactly the portrait they'll love.
