Commissioned House Portrait in Ink

This listing is for a black and white 11”x 14” which will come in a 16"x 20" cream colored mat. Smaller sizes as well as full color, watercolor portratis are also available.

This would be a wonderful gift for someone moving, a hostess or thank-you gift, a wedding gift for a couple of their first home, or the wedding parents of the homes in which they raised their children.  Also favorites are vacation homes and wedding venue portraits, which can be used on stationery.

Please supply several photos to me at mfranbsmit5@yahoo.com. Unwanted objects can be moved, (or removed), landscaping, flowering trees, etc. added. Just let me know what you’d like.

Home portraits generally take about three to four weeks. If you need it quicker, just let me know and I’ll see what I can do. If you need it very quickly, we can do a gift certificate, and have the recipient choose exactly the details they’d like in the portrait.
